This is a great app. & I enjoy the convince of using it.

Cant believe its free. Great selection of the classics. Great layout, easy to use.

Selection of several thousand volumes, many digitized by Project Guttenberg. Has worked reliably over past 4 years. Clean format; ads not a problem. Unfortunately some categories dominated by old juvenile series (e.g., "Tom Swift", "Radio Boys", etc) -- can be somewhat limited after a while. Great chance to read some classics like "Captain Blood" or "Three musketeers".

Read several books in the past and enjoy the access to the old books. Unfortunately now I cannot keep the app open as it keeps crashing as I browse the books.

If you love literature like I do, especially the classics, you will greatly appreciate this app.

I love all the books you get. There are so many classics.

it is free if you are willing to deal with a number of pop ups which sometimes freeze your browser. the selection is quite good. i have found that the same books can usually be found for free on for pay book app which dont bombard with pop ups too bad for years it was trouble free thanks for the way it was

This used to be a great app. I had to reload it because of a problem with my phone and now the new version has ads that take predatory to a new level. You cant just dismiss in the ad you have to answer a survey. The ads work great but you cant load books because the ads block things. I suspect they figure we can be forced to buy these gone ad version. How very sad. I will be investigating other apps that have them quite gone to the Darkside yet.

Great imaginative stories for kids and a nice diversion for grown- ups!

Its not only about finding the classics,but I love reading some of the lost treasures of the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Great books excellent choices of many classics. Some of the old classics are a bit stilted especially in their translations

Ok I like how it works but I want newer books!!!!! Like I am looking for flat Stanley and bad kitty But the app does not have it! Please update this March 28th

I have tried to read books through this app, but found many mistakes in the texts. They have apparently valued massiveness over quality, and one can easily deduce the reasons people are often willing to pay $4.99 for a single book. The two satisfactions that I have are that I have now learned that such piles of literature are shoddy and that it is worth exactly what I paid for it; the app is thus worthless.

Ive been reading books from my childhood, its great to reconnect.

Love this app for getting all the classics free. There are a few ads but not too bad and you can always pay if they bother you.
